Jeepin Fun

Last month I traded in my 2004 Jeep Wrangler X for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I bought the 04 when I first moved up here and I really didn’t do that much research before buying…All Jeeps are created equal right? Wrong…Very very wrong. This past weekend I took the Rubicon off road to see what it could do…I’m extremely impressed with the way it handled. If there was a shred of buyer’s remorse before the weekend it’s gone now.

And now the pictures:

And one more:

The amount of upgrades for Jeeps is overwhelming…For the type of offroading I will be doing for a while this Jeep can handle it with no problem…The rest of the pics from that day can be seen in my Smugmug gallery.

Time Wasters

I waste a lot of time watching TV…To much time…That ends now. I’m dvr’ing the shows that interest me. I need to be really tough on shows that I watch live and those that I dvr and watch later.. Right now the only show that will be under must watch will be Sons of Anarchy…And any show that goes under that list will be compared to SoA. Does show X make me feel the same way as Sons…Right now there is no other show out there that does..

Also, this blog is probably going to morph a bit over the coming weeks..So for all my readers (all 9 of you) things they are a changin :-)…

Shows That I Must Watch:

  1. Sons of Anarchy

Shows That Would Be Nice To Watch

  1. NipTuck
  2. Star Wars: Clone Wars
  3. Family Guy
  4. Gangland
  5. MythBusters
  6. The Daily Show

Shows That I Can Do Without Or Get Through Netflix

  1. Law and Order: SVU
  2. South Park

Czech Republic

Yup…Out of the country for a week…I was hoping to have some pics up but I forgot my transfer cable at home and my iPhone is currently in airplane mode since I got a text from ATT when we landed saying that my calling plan didn’t apply and it would be $19.97 per MB for data..So yea…Phone is disabled atm..I will be uploading some pics from my iPhone later

Well Done

I usually don’t make posts about politics or religion but I just have to say this…

Well done Mr. President-elect Obama. You had my vote months ago. And I was proud to vote for you yesterday. I believe in you and I believe that you can bring the change to this nation that you promised and we so desperately need. My future and my retirement years are in your hands now. Please don’t let me down.
