Elliptical – 35min – Level 12 – HR: ~145bpm

Evening Workout:

Elliptical – 65min – Level 12 – HR: ~120bpm

Goal Macros: (Daily Macros)

Carbs = 245 (195), Protein = 240 (282), Fat = 100 (84)
