Notes for the day:

  • Started a new rotation on Monday. Grouping bodyparts to make more sense. Will be working legs/back twice a week.
  • Also lowered sets and worked heavier to get a good baseline.

Morning Workout:

TRX Squats – Bodyweight – 12/12/12

Dumbbell Deadlift – 45lbs – 12/12/12

Leg Curls – 75lbs – 12/12/12

Leg Press – 250lbs – 12/12/12

Calf Raises – 250lbs – 12/12/12

Step Ups – Bodyweight – 10/10/10

Elliptical – 25min – Level 13 – HR: ~145bpm

Evening Workout:

Elliptical – 65min – Level12 – HR: ~120bpm

Goal Macros: (Daily Macros)

Carbs = 245 (220), Protein = 240 (221), Fat = 100 (95)
